The trademark of the gas grill DUALCHEF by OUTDOORCHEF is the Dual Gourmet System (DGS ®), developed and patented in Switzerland. This technology combines two temperature zones separated by the Zone Divider under the lid, with perfect heat distribution. On the one hand you can grill at high temperatures of over 360 degrees, while on the other hand large pieces of meat or fish are grilled at temperatures from 80 degrees. The high-quality cast iron grates, which guarantee optimal heat storage, ensure a beautiful branding of your steak.
In addition, the OUTDOOR modelsCHEF DUALCHEF features a HEAT DIFFUSER, which directs the heat to the rotating basket (not included in the package) and thus reduces gas consumption. At the same time, the concentrated heat ensures a nice crust on meat or grilled chicken. The SAFETY LIGHT SYSTEM (SLS) on the rotary controls is activated as soon as the valve is opened. The light sensor automatically adjusts the intensity of the LED lights to the ambient brightness. The sturdy, foldable side shelves offer plenty of space for preparing meals.
The DUALCHEF 425 G BZ includes the BLAZING ZONE which is placed on the left side of the grill for grilling at very high temperatures.
The barbecue experience is completed with accessories specially designed for the DUAL GOURMET SYSTEM, such as the rotating spit-basket set, the cast iron plate, the stainless steel grill grate and the cooking set. With the pizza stone, a stainless steel frame increases the grilling position, which achieves an optimal combination of top and bottom heat – and particularly crispy results. The cast plancha plate has also been added, which offers plenty of space for roasts. It has a practical juice groove for draining excess fat, as well as a small ribbed grilling surface at the front and a removable stainless steel heating zone.
