Proton CMG01L Gas Grill

The CMG01L gas grill from Proton has one burner.
The main advantage of gas grills is that they light immediately, reach temperature very quickly, and the temperature intensity is adjustable.
With the cast iron grill, cooking is faster, as the temperature is distributed evenly on all sides of the food. To maintain the cast iron grill before cooking, it is a good idea to spread a thin layer of cooking oil (e.g. olive oil or some vegetable fat) and thus you will have created a non-stick surface. It also has a thermometer so you can control the temperature of the chamber during cooking, avoiding burning the food.
